We've only got impulse power back

Blame Mom for the title.  She's been watching the Star Trek movies again...

Just a quick post to let everyone know we are alive!  Mom's computer died last week, and after getting it fixed (the diagnosis was 'a corrupt operating system') Mom's been re-installing things and cursing under her breath trying to get everything up and running again.  Hopefully by next week we'll be able to give you a "real" post.  In the meantime, here a few pictures so you don't forget what we look like!   (The good news is that the computer fix-it people were able to restore all of Mom's data, so all 200GB of pictures of us are intact!)

Oh, and all those pictures were taken in 2011.  But as many of you have pointed out, bitey-face-in-snow photos are pretty much all the same - they could have been taken last week or last year!  Heehee!

Really the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

First, Mango Minster has started!   You have until 5pm EST Monday to go vote on the Too Darn Cute entries (voting is by comments, one vote per household).  The competition is REALLY TOUGH; judging the cuties is totally taxing the mentals!  Voting for the Working Stiff class (where Abby is entered) is on Wednesday through Thursday at 5pm EST, if you want to vote for my hard working sister.  But go check out all the classes - there's nothing like Mango Minster!

The only thing that is better than the start of Mango Minster is the start of Mango Minster with snow!

We've had a weird winter, with not a lot of snow, and this snow was wet and heavy, but snow is snow, and when one has new snow, one MUST bitey one's sister.

There is more to life than just biteying one's sister, however.  There is also Frisbee Fun Time!

Haircuts

Don't worry!  We're not nekkid!  We're just a little less shaggy, much sleeker, and cooler.  Which, apparently, is a good thing, as Abby woke Mom up at 3am this morning because she was hot - Mom let us out on the porch where we both lay in the snow for several minutes before coming back in.  Apparently Mom doesn't like being awoken at 3am... Spoilsport!

Of course, as soon as we got home, Abby had to get the new dog smell off...

And since we are now all sleek, we had to do a little zoomie-ing.

Sasquatch Sightings

Mom says that we look like Yetis and is threatening us with haircuts.

I have no idea what she's talking about.  

Just because Abby and I get hot when the house is 58 degrees, Mom thinks this is a valid reason for us to get nekkid.

Just because we might be a wee bit woolly.   *sheesh*
